five ordinary christian men who love Jesus, study His word together, train together, work hard, and are trying to follow Him faithfully in everyday life.

vic founded twelve disc with sebastian from a conviction that meaningful work should strengthen discipleship. with his wife emily, they disciple and lead premarital counseling at their home church in houston. vic serves as executive director of beautiful ashes ministries, recently completed a church planting residency through the houston church planting network, and is continuing his theological education at dallas theological seminary. alongside ministry, he runs a concierge and estate management business, serves in the recovery community, writes books, plays the piano, and adventures with his wife and their many animals.

he is passionate about helping people faithfully follow Jesus, steward their lives well, and build enduring communities rooted in scripture. he believes businesses can become places where families flourish, friendships deepen, and the kingdom of God is quietly advanced.

sebastian shapes the creative direction and visual identity of twelve disc. his design philosophy values restraint, craftsmanship, and timelessness over trends, believing the best design quietly supports the message rather than competing with it.

sebastian was the first member of the bible study. while working in the cafe at the gym, he asked vic to take him through the book of john, and the brotherhood began to form from there.

he is currently pursuing his pilot's license, enjoys training, spending time with family, and investing deeply in the friendships God has given him. whether in the gym, on the pickleball court, or around the dinner table, he consistently helps cultivate the brotherhood that defines twelve disc.

emerson naturally brings people together. his optimism, encouragement, and ability to communicate vision help shape both the culture and voice of twelve disc. he continually reminds the team that every customer is first a person created in the image of God.

he is pursuing his pilot's license, enjoys training and pickleball, and looks forward to building a christ-centered marriage and family. his desire to encourage others has made him one of the steady relational anchors within our brotherhood.

jackson brings energy, execution, and adventure to the team. while studying in new york city and completing internships, he has remained committed to investing in the friendships that helped shape his faith. a rugby player and outdoorsman, he believes shared experiences often become some of the strongest settings for discipleship.

jackson was one of the first five members of the bible study and helped shape the friendships that became twelve disc. whether organizing backpacking trips through big bend, climbing peaks, planning the next road trip, or encouraging men to step outside their comfort zones, he helps create the environments where lifelong memories and lasting conversations are formed. one of the defining moments of our friendship was celebrating his baptism in the rio grande during a backpacking trip through big bend national park.

luke brings a quiet steadiness that strengthens everyone around him. currently studying at the university of arkansas while completing internships, he faithfully serves without seeking attention and consistently encourages others with humility and joy.

luke was also one of the first five members of the bible study group and has grown into a thoughtful leader with a genuine love for family, friends, church, and his christian summer camp.
